Stokerkontrol 1.75 und Chip 4.99, Modus OFF1 Problem

Hallo,

Ich habe von der 5 trins Chip auf die 100 trins Chip-Version aufgerüstet.
Nach einer Woche blieb der Scotte stehen, im Display steht OFF1.
Stokerkontrol meldet Modus :Off

Ich kann den Scotte mit 100 trins nicht mehr starten,er bleibt immer auf OFF1

Deshalb habe ich wieder auf den 5 trins-Chip zurückgerüstet, damit funktioniert
der Scotte wieder,kann aber  Stokerkontrol nicht mehr verwenden.

Weiss jemand wie ich den 100 trins-Chip aus dem OFF1-Modus herausbekomme ?

I have upgraded from the 5 chip on the 100 Trin Trin-chip version.
After a week of Scotte remained standing in the display stands OFF1.
Stokerkontrol reports mode: Off

I can start with 100 Scotte not Trins, he always stays on OFF1

That's why I reconverted to the 5 Trin-chip to function
the Scotte but can no longer use Stokerkontrol.

Anyone know how I found out the 100 chip out of the Trin-OFF1 mode?

Hi Robert,

I am not sure about how the old 5-stage chip for Scotte was reacting on the external on/off signal, but the 100-stage chip will for sure take this signal into account.

This means that you need an electrical connection between the two terminals marked "External cut off" or something like that, in order to have the burner to run (see page 15 in this manual http://nordjyskbioenergi.noweb.dk/assets/Scotte%20manual%202008.pdf ).
Without this electrical connection, the burner will be stopped.
The signal is used for external on/off function, t.ex. from a remote switch or a timer.

So in order to have the burner to run, you need to have a connection (short-circuit) between the two terminals "External cut off" and to switch the controlbox on by pressing down-arrow for 5 sec.

Hi Michael,

the old 5-stage chip for Scotte works over one year on the external on/off signal without problems, but it works not together with stokerkontrol
 
The new 100-stage chip works fine for one week. I am happy !

After this week he fall in the OFF1 Modus.

When i release the wire  between the two terminals "External cut off" the Modus was OFF3

I try anything , start with power on and Down-Button together, set and power together, push all buttons in every combination,
for seconds it fall in the OFF2 Modus when i push the UP-button, but after seconds it fall back in OFF1 Modus
