I am very happy to report that Peter made his target date.
He fitted a new burner grate, removed the temporary oil boiler and tank the area where they worked was left spotless clean.
I was not home when they were leaving and in his true style he did not trouble my wife with the invoice so I can not report the final cost of the part.
Now I have to see if I need to fit a new oil boiler beside the Dor / Scotte, the decision will be made by the actions of NBE in the near future not by me.
I am a man who likes his house to work as a home, it should be warm and welcome in cold weather, most important my family must be happy.
I am not technical where pellet boilers are concerned, cleaning once a week is all I want to do because I do not have the time to play with the boiler, reading some of the posts here I wish I did.
I need for my wife or myself to be able to make a local phone call knowing the boiler will be fixed if there is a problem.
I am happy to pay a fair price for the parts and service, I must also be able to trust the people who arrive at my home.
To be told to order parts from Northern Ireland, Scotland or Cork (South of Ireland) does not work for me and I expect most of the people in Ireland who bought wood pellet boilers made by NBE are the same as we are.
I suggest Jannich or the people in charge of NBE starts to speak to somebody like Peter from Eco Boilers about stocking the parts at a fair price, he knows the system and the people he sold them to.
The more companies who have to handle the parts means they get more expensive, the way it is set up now means the part leaves Denmark charged out using the local currency which must be converted to Sterling in the North of Ireland and then to Euro for the South of Ireland.
The currency changes alone make the parts more expensive, then of course we have shipping and handling, I do not work for nothing so why should anybody else ?
All of these things mean the end customer has to pay more than they should have to and the dealer will not want to stock parts when he must charge so much for them people forget the service and call them thieves / robbers.

Jeg er meget glad for, at Peter fik sin måldato.
Han er monteret en ny brænder rist, fjernes den midlertidige olie kedel og tank det område, hvor de arbejdede, blev overladt pletfri clean.
Jeg var ikke hjemme, da de blev forladt, og i hans sande stil, han gad slet ikke min kone med fakturaen så jeg kan ikke rapportere de endelige omkostninger ved den del.
Nu må jeg se om jeg nødt til at montere en ny olie-kedel ved siden af Dor / Scotte, vil beslutningen blive foretaget af handlinger NBE i den nærmeste fremtid ikke af mig.
Jeg er en mand, der kan lide hans hus for at arbejde som et hjem, bør det være varm og velkommen i koldt vejr, vigtigst min familie skal være glade.

Jeg har brug for min kone eller mig selv at være i stand til at gøre en lokal telefonopkald vide kedlen vil blive fastsat, hvis der er et problem.
Jeg er glad for at betale en rimelig pris for at dele og service, må jeg også være i stand til at stole på de mennesker, der ankommer til mit hjem.
At få at vide at bestille reservedele fra Nordirland, Skotland eller Cork (syd for Irland) ikke virker for mig, og jeg forventer de fleste af de mennesker i Irland, der har købt træ pellet kedler fra NBE er de samme, som vi er.

Den valuta ændringer alene gøre dele dyrere, så selvfølgelig har vi for forsendelse og ekspedition, kan jeg ikke arbejde for ingenting, så hvorfor skulle nogen steder?
Alle disse ting betyder den endelige kunde skal betale mere end de burde have, og forhandleren vil ikke ønsker at lagerføre reservedele, når han skal opkræve så meget for dem folk til at glemme den service og kalde dem tyve / røvere.
