Desired CO2

Some questions regarding the adjustment of the burner.I have adjusted CO2 to 12-13% at 50 and 100%. The burner is a new NBE 20kW that is set to 3.5-16kw (Fan type FLO85)
Desired CO2 at 100% = 12-13%. 50% = ?? 10% = ??.

Hi,

Normally it would be something like:
 - 16% O₂ at 10% power
 - 12% O₂ at 50% power
 - 8% O₂ at 100% power

...but it depends on how much air leakage the boiler has.
The above values fits a 100% air-tight boiler.

At 100% I have o2 = 8,9 CO2 = 12.25% ppm >100
At 50% I have o2 = 9.4 CO2 = 12.54% ppm >88
At 10% I have o2 =15,2 CO2 = 6.8% ppm<400
The boiler is new so it should not leak so much.

Hi,

A little high O₂ at 100% power and a little low O₂ at 50% power, but if the combustion is fine it is OK
