Could anyone please post oder mail me screenshots of the parameters on the StokerKontrol 1.81 pages "Extras" and "Oxygen"

I didn't write down the original values before playing around....

Thanks
Wolfgang

Gain i=0,25
Gain d=10,0
Fine tune low=10
Fine tune hight=30
Cleaning interval=10
Cleaning time=4
Powerdown time=2
Autocalulation=yes

Oxygen
oxygen control=no
Oxygen level low output=12,0
Oxygen level high output=5,5
Blockingtime=30
Oxygen correction low=10
Oxygen correction medium=20
Oxygen correction high=30

When I want to reach the desired temperature of 75° I have to set the Gain-parameters to the following values:

Gain-P : 9
Gain-I : 5
Gain-D: 1

Otherwise as soon as the temperatuire comes close to the desired temperature (close measns reaching 65°) the burner decreases power to 60-70% and the temperature quickly drops under 60°

If I use the above mentioned values my oxygen-values are very fast changing from under 6% up to 12%
Oxygen-control is disabled at the moment.
Where is the error, or what can I do?

Thanks for help
Wolfgang

You can post graphs from StokerKontrol on this forum and I am sure people will have views on what to do.

Normally increasing the I-gain will make the temperature eventually come closer to the wanted value.

All heating systems are not equal in the sence that you can find PID-values that will fit everone.

Tuning PID-values can take time and you will have to make compromises....but using an interface like StokerKontrol you will get results  :)
